Meet the Nurse Practitioner:

Lindsay Yan, MScN, NP-PHC

I am a certified Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) with a Master's Degree of Science in Nursing.  She has over 20 years of clinical experience in many different settings including: hospitals, long term care facilities, community and teaching.  She continues to work as a staff Nurse Practitioner at a hospital and a long term care home.

Lindsay holds multiple certificates as a Nurse Practitioner including: medical aesthetics, joint injections, Abbvie PREEMPT Migraine Program, sclerotherapy and lipolysis to name a few.  Lindsay is also works as an NP prescriber for a few other nurse led Medical Aesthetic Clinics in the GTA.

 

The Clinic:

I provide services for Medical Aesthetics as well as injection medicine and minor office procedures.  I use neuromodulators (ie, Botox) to help relax wrinkles and treat medical conditions such as lock jaw (TMJ), hyperhidrosis and chronic migraines.  I specialize in injecting corticosteroids into joints and tissues that are painful due to arthritis, bursitis or tendonitis.  I also address concerns about plantar fasciitis, keloid scarring, spider veins, fat dissolving and chalazion.  I also deal with a list of minor dermatological procedures in my medical office.
